Requesting a Refund
Unfortunately we are unable to give refunds ourselves directly, but you can ask Apple for one.
When an app is purchased via the App Store, Apple and Apple alone have access to your purchasing information associated with your own Apple ID. To protect your privacy, that data is not shared with us and as such, we cannot issue refunds ourselves directly.
If you are not happy with any of our apps and you would like to request a refund you need to request one from Apple. Whether or not a refund will be granted by Apple however, is entirely Apple’s decision to make and we are not consulted.
